How can I update my order?

Please reach out to us at info@eskell.com or 773-486-0830 as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We’ll do everything we can to help!

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with anything you order online from us, you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Any items purchased at our Chicago store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Any requests made after these periods will not be granted. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused with tags and original packaging materials intact. Please be advised that sale items are nonrefundable and qualify only for store credit. Please also note that the purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping fees are nonrefundable. To initiate a return, email info@eskell.com with your order number and we can help facilitate a return or exchange.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes! Our exchange policy is the same as our return policy above. Email info@eskell.com within 30 days of receipt of product and we’ll help with the rest.

Help! I can't find my return label.

No worries! Eskell orders don’t include return labels. Just reach out to info@eskell.com with your order number and we’ll help.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Thank you for your patience during this period and feel free to reach out to us at info@eskell.com or at 773-486-0830 for any questions or concerns you have in the meantime.

How can I cancel my order?

Worldwide, baby. *Some exceptions may apply.

What's the deal with international shipping?

Shipping outside of the US will require additional fees that will be included in the final cost of your order. Please note that countries require recipients to pay import tax fees or other fees when claiming internationally shipped packages, and unfortunately we cannot offset the cost of these fees. If you happen to need an exchange or would like to return any items, you will be responsible for the shipping and we'll work with you to make it as easy as possible. Additionally, when a package leaves the US, Eskell no longer has access to tracking information and cannot be responsible for misplaced packages once they arrive in the country of shipping designation. Reach out to us at info@eskell.com and we’ll be happy to assist with retrieving rates and answering further questions.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, destination and preferred shipping method. We do this to prevent unnecessary markups to our inventory and to give our customers more options. Please note, shipping rates do not accurately represent shipping costs for furniture. Do you have expedited shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and can be selected at checkout. Please note that Eskell is not responsible for delays once a shipment is given to one of our carriers.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@eskell.com or call 773-486-0830 as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes. We try to process orders quickly so we’ll do everything we can to help!

How long does it take to receive my order?

After ordering, processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Then one of our carriers takes care of your package the rest of the way. You’ll get a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. For orders within the contiguous US, packages usually arrive in 3-7 business days after notification of shipment.

How long does it take to ship orders?

We try our best to process and ship every order in 1 to 3 business days. We also do our best to let every customer know if their order will take longer than usual to fulfill. If you have questions about the status of your order, feel free to reach out to us at info@eskell.com or at 773-486-0830.

I saw something I liked on your site but now it’s gone. Can I still get it?

It depends! Some items sell out fast and may take time to restock. Reach out to us at info@eskell.com and we’ll do our best to help you get that thing you can’t live without. Other items in our inventory are one of a kind, vintage, or small runs. If that’s the case, reach out and we can try to find a great alternative to what you had your eye on.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Eskell gift cards can be redeemed online or in-store using the certificate’s accompanying code at checkout. Reach out to us at 773-486-0830 or email us at info@eskell.com and we can assist you with the process.

How can I tell how much credit is left on my gift card?

Visit us at 2029 N Western Ave in Chicago! Our flagship is like our website, but IRL: you can browse our inventory, purchase anything that’s for sale online, and get personalized product recommendations and tips from Eskell experts.

Do you offer private shopping appointments?

We support that. Eskell offers private shopping appointments and you can book yours with amanda.astroth@eskell.com.

What are your store hours?

Our Chicago store is open Tuesday-Saturday 12-6 pm CST and Sunday 12-5 pm CST. We look forward to helping you find what you’ll love.
