Returns & Exchanges
While we are confident that you will love your purchase from Eskell, if you are not satisfied with your item please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will be happy to issue a full refund or exchange on full price items that are returned-unworn, unwashed with tags and original invoice. Eskell will honor this return policy if the item is received with in 14 days of its original purchase. Refunds will be issued only to the card used at time of purchase. If you would like a credit, please let us know at the time of return.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on apothecary products, swimwear, intimates, books, or fragrances.
Eskell is moving locations March 15th. Please be advised that our location at 1509 N. Milwaukee will NOT be our mailing address. A temporary address will be posted soon. Direct any questions about returns to email@example.com. Please put RETURNS in the title.
All items shipping within the U.S. are sent via UPS Ground. Orders recieved after 3 p.m. we will be sent the next business day. We will contact you with your tracking information whe your package is prepared.
International orders will either ship via UPS or USPS.
All Illinois residents will be charged the normal sales tax rate, which is currently 10.25 %.
Please let us know if your purchase is a gift. We will be happy to wrap your item or include a personal note.
